Is this a mobile app?

Not yet! But good news: We’re planning to create mobile apps for both iOS and Android down the road. In the meantime, here are a few easy steps if you want to add Ramsey Vault to your phone's home screen:

iPhone

1. Pull up vault.ramseysolutions.com on Safari.
2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of your screen.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen on the menu.
4. Type in a name for your shortcut, and then tap the Add button.
5. The website icon will be displayed as a shortcut on your home screen—just like an app.
6. When you tap the shortcut on your home screen, it will open to that page in Safari.

Android

1. Pull up vault.ramseysolutions.com on Google Chrome.
2. Tap the Ellipsis icon (...) in the top right corner.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen on the menu.
4. Type in a name for your shortcut and then tap the Add button.
5. Tap Add to Home Screen—the shortcut will be added to the top left corner of your home screen.
6. When you tap the shortcut on your home screen, it will open to that page in Google Chrome.

Why should I switch?

You may be thinking to yourself, I’m a pretty organized person. I’ve already got a system. Awesome! You’re one step ahead of most folks. But do the people you love understand your system? That’s where Ramsey Vault comes in. You and your family can use it as the one place you organize and access your most important info. It’s a great way to ensure everyone is on the same page and prepared when it matters most.

And let’s face it: Most cloud storage is pretty much a digital dumping ground with piles and piles of unorganized virtual folders.

Ramsey Vault is different. It’s a guided path for everything from file management to end-of-life planning. Choose from nine different categories to organize your documents:

Inside each category, you’ll find dozens of upload prompts. And when we say dozens, we mean it! There are over 120 item types you can store inside Ramsey Vault (and you can just hide the prompts you don’t need). 

Can I get annual pricing?

We’re still growing and improving Ramsey Vault, so we’re only offering monthly pricing right now. That allows us to keep a close eye on what’s working and what’s not. We want to make sure we’re meeting your needs—and the needs of every customer to come.

Are there storage limits?

Nope! Your monthly subscription fee allows you to upload as much as you want.

What about my legacy drawer?

Good question! Ramsey Vault isn’t meant to replace notarized physical documents that you keep in your safe or legacy drawer. You’ll want to have those originals available for certain circumstances. Ramsey Vault is your digital solution for on-demand access to all of your important information. Plus, you can give access to the important people in your life so they can get the information they need when they need it, regardless of their location.

How does account sharing work?

Granting someone access to your Ramsey Vault account means they'll be able to access and update your account the same way you would—so be sure to choose wisely. Depending on your stage of life, here are some people you might want to consider:

• Your spouse
• Your parents
• Your grown children
• The executor of your will
• The person you gave power of attorney

You can grant full access to up to five people at no extra charge.
