As founder and CEO of The Lampo Group, LLC, now Ramsey Solutions, Dave Ramsey is the guy who started it all! He’s an eight-time national bestselling author and a host of The Ramsey Show, which is heard by more than 18 million listeners. Under Dave’s leadership, Ramsey Solutions has become a recognized brand across the country that reflects his passion for using biblically based, commonsense principles and education to help people take control of their money, business, leadership and personal development. As an Operating Board member, Dave chairs the Executive Committee.

Jennifer (Jen) Sievertsen is Ramsey Solutions’ chief marketing officer. She oversees the Marketing, Creative and PR Teams and is the driving force behind the marketing campaigns that create lasting connections with Ramsey Solutions customers. Jen is passionate about the future of our company and the generational life-change our mission can bring. She joined the company in 2009, has been on the Operating Board since 2012, and is a member of the Operating Board’s Executive Committee.

Michael Finney is the chief operating officer at Ramsey Solutions. He’s responsible for ensuring that all our technology and processes are aligned to maximize the impact we can have on our customers. In this role, Michael oversees the technology, data, HR and service operations functions of Ramsey Solutions. Michael became an Operating Board member in 2017 and is a part of the Operating Board’s Executive Committee.

Blake Thompson was hired as the original producer of Dave Ramsey’s The Money Game radio show in 1996, which soon changed to The Dave Ramsey Show once syndication started. Today, he’s the executive vice president of the Ramsey Network and serves on the Operating Board. Blake is responsible for the distribution and content development of all programs and platforms for the Ramsey Network, which includes The Ramsey Show, The Dr. John Delony Show, The Ken Coleman Show, The Rachel Cruze Show, The EntreLeadership Podcast, The Fine Print podcast, Ramsey Everyday Millionaires podcast, Ramsey Call of the Day podcast and Smart Money Happy Hour podcast. He was also an executive producer of the 2022 Webby Award-winning documentary Borrowed Future: How Student Loans Are Killing the American Dream.

Brian Williams serves as the senior executive vice president of Ramsey+, the digital membership to Ramsey’s bestselling money products and tools—like Financial Peace University and EveryDollar. He joined the team in 2006 as a graphic designer, which eventually turned into him leading and growing the entire Creative Team before transitioning to the business side of the company. Brian led multiple business units, including EveryDollar, before eventually leading all of Ramsey+. In his current role, Brian drives the vision for creating the best and most trusted money products in the marketplace. Brian joined the Operating Board in 2017 and sits on the Operating Board’s Executive Committee.

Daniel Ramsey is the president of Ramsey Solutions. He leads the company’s business departments, which include B2C, EntreLeadership, Ramsey Education, SmartDollar, Ramsey+ and RamseyTrusted. He’s passionate about expanding Ramsey Solutions’ ability to help more people by finding new ways to meet customers’ needs and creating products that empower them. As a Ramsey family member, a member of the Operating Board, and a part of the Operating Board’s Executive Committee, Daniel has significantly impacted many areas of the company with his leadership since joining the team in 2014.

Herb Jenkins is the senior executive vice president of RamseyTrusted. He oversees the experiences that Ramsey Solutions customers have with our trusted providers and is passionate about building external partnerships with providers who can super-serve our customers as they work the Baby Steps. Within Ramsey Solutions, Herb is known for driving strategic partnerships between business units that help the company operate more efficiently and, ultimately, help more people. Herb joined the Operating Board in 2017, is a member of the Operating Board’s Executive Committee, and chairs the Special Projects Committee.

Jeremy Breland is the executive vice president of Ramsey Personalities and drives the vision and strategy for the Personalities Team. Under his leadership, the Personalities have successfully increased their visibility, and the team has expanded (and continues to expand) into other relevant topics by adding new Personalities to the roster—giving more people the opportunity to experience Ramsey Solutions’ message of hope. Jeremy has been at Ramsey Solutions since 2011, is a member of the Operating Board, and chairs the Personalities Committee.

Jim King is the executive vice president of Ramsey Education. He joined Ramsey Solutions in 2006 and has been leading the education department ever since. He’s passionate about empowering the next generation with the truth about how to handle money—no credit cards required (not even for emergencies). Under Jim’s leadership, Ramsey Solutions’ Foundations in Personal Finance curriculum has become the go-to curriculum for personal finance education in schools, reaching over six million students across the country. As a member of the Operating Board, Jim chairs the Dashboard Committee.

Denise Whittemore is the director of the Ramsey Family Foundation. She oversees the foundation’s charitable giving and coordinates community service opportunities with local ministries that allow Ramsey Solutions team members to take time away from the office to serve in the area. Denise is a Ramsey family member, has been a member of the Operating Board since 2013, and sits on the Operating Board’s Executive Committee.

Rachel Cruze is a two-time #1 national bestselling author, financial expert, Ramsey Personality, Ramsey family member and the host of The Rachel Cruze Show. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Today and Live with Kelly and Ryan, among others. Since 2010, Rachel has served at Ramsey Solutions, where she works to teach people how to avoid debt, save, budget and win with money at any stage of life. Rachel has been on the Operating Board since 2013.

Brendan Wovchko joined Ramsey Solutions in 2016 and serves as the chief technology officer. He brings 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to his role leading the hundreds of engineers, product managers and project managers, who deliver hope through our digital products. Brendan has played a pivotal role in redefining how we think about collaboration and building products, and he’s a passionate advocate for helping leaders grow. Brendan has been on the Operating Board since 2022.

Jeff Williams joined Ramsey Solutions as an executive director in 2019 to lead the Finance Team. In January 2022, he became a chief financial officer. Jeff is passionate about growing and mentoring business leaders to help them make sense of their numbers. He loves that Ramsey Solutions’ mission of changing lives drives our company’s decisions. Jeff has been a member of the Operating Board since January 2022. He also sits on the Operating Board’s Executive Committee and chairs several board-level committees within our company.
