Frequently Asked Questions

Our EntreLeadership Coaches are trained in the principles Dave Ramsey used to build a $300 million business. We don’t use outside contractors or certified third-party coaches, which allows us to maintain consistent quality and a shared standard of excellence.

With the right coach, you gain clarity, focus and accountability at the leadership level, helping you scale the business without constant firefighting or burnout. Business coaching is worth it when growth demands a better leader—not just more effort.

Consulting can be a helpful short-term solution when you need expert input on a specific issue, such as budgeting or forecasting.

Coaching helps you identify leadership blind spots and build the skills you need to run your business and confidently make better decisions every day. As your business grows, leadership becomes the limiting factor. Coaching strengthens your foundation for the long term.

Most business problems are leadership problems in disguise. As your business grows, your leadership has to grow with it. Leadership coaching helps prevent you from becoming the bottleneck in your business.

A good business coach doesn’t just offer advice. They help you think clearly and lead better over time. Look for someone who understands your stage of business, has a proven leadership framework, and will challenge you—not just encourage you. The right coach brings clarity, accountability and perspective to the decisions you’re already responsible for making.

Here are 10 questions to ask before hiring a business coach.

Coaching works when you’re willing to lead differently—not just work harder. If you’re ready to be honest about where you’re stuck, take ownership of your growth, and consistently apply what you’re learning, coaching can help you create meaningful, lasting change in your business. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a path to becoming the leader your business needs.

Coaching helps leaders create real change in their businesses, teams and personal lives. Some clients have more than quadrupled their businesses. Others have transformed their culture, stabilized their teams, and ended the revolving door of constant hiring. Many have also reclaimed their time—going from working 70–80 hours a week to less than 40 and getting their nights and weekends back.

Advisory Groups are built for small-business owners who:

  • Lead a team of 10 or more people
  • Generate $1 million or more in annual revenue
  • Want to spend more time leading, not just managing
  • Are navigating challenges like hiring, profitability and people problems
  • Value direct insights from peers who’ve been where they are

This isn’t a fit if you’re leading a very small team, just getting started in business, or looking for one-on-one coaching. Advisory Groups are built for business owners who are leading at a higher level and are ready to scale with focus and accountability.

Yes, an advisory group is EntreLeadership’s version of a mastermind group. In an Advisory Group, you’re sharing your goals and challenges with a group of like-minded individuals in an environment facilitated by a trained coach. Like business mastermind groups, Advisory Groups are intended to provide a network of business owners to provide wisdom and advice as well as accountability so that you can reach your business goals.

During a typical Advisory Group call, you’ll spend time talking through how to solve the biggest problems in business with the EntreLeadership System®.

Everyone is working through the same concepts, so you’ll share wins, compare experiences, and work through business challenges together. Each call ends with clear next steps so you’re never left guessing what to do next.

Executive Coaching is built for small-business owners who:

  • Lead a team of 10 or more people
  • Generate $1 million or more in annual revenue
  • Want to spend more time leading, not just managing
  • Are navigating challenges like hiring, profitability and people problems

This probably isn’t a fit if you’re leading a very small team or just getting started in business. Leadership coaching is built for business owners who are leading at a higher level and are ready to scale with focus and accountability.

In each Executive Coaching session, you’ll go over goals, review wins, follow up on commitments from your last call, and work through current challenges or roadblocks one-on-one virtually with your dedicated coach so you can keep moving forward with clarity and accountability.

Advisory Groups meet virtually over Zoom twice a month for 75 minutes.

In Executive Coaching, you’ll have two one-on-one coaching calls virtually over Zoom each month, plus your two Advisory Group sessions.
