The holidays are an exciting time full of presents, potlucks and parties. But with all that Christmas fun also comes a crammed December calendar, which can leave us dragging into the New Year with a holiday hangover.
Instead of using the calendar flip to start fresh, many of us spend the first few weeks of January just trying to catch up.
It’s only then that we begin thinking about our New Year’s goals and resolutions.
Right now is a much better time to start planning your post-holiday changes. When you think ahead, you’ll be ready to act when January arrives in a few short weeks.
