She began her career at Ramsey Solutions as a writer, publishing hundreds of articles about real estate, investing, insurance, and taxes and how they relate to Ramsey’s Baby Steps. In her current role as senior editorial leader, she now heads Ramsey’s Editorial and Copyediting teams ensuring every article provides readers in-depth, accurate, and actionable answers so they can confidently take the next right step.  Michelle knows the Baby Steps work because she’s lived them—she and her husband paid off their home and are now building wealth for retirement and a lasting family legacy.
