Connect with other business owners
As a business owner have you ever:
It's time to make a change.

What is an Advisory Group?

An Advisory Group is a small group of business owners who meet online twice a month to share advice and encouragement. The group is facilitated by an EntreLeadership Coach who guides the conversation—but the value of the group is in the accountability and perspective of your fellow business owners.

If you’re like most business owners, you don’t have anyone to talk to about the struggles of running a business. And ultimately, that affects your ability to grow and make decisions. We created Advisory Groups so you could join other business owners who are looking for the same thing as you—community.

What Advisory Group Members Are Saying

Chris Ko

CEO and Co-Founder of ER2

Michelle Martin

COO of Leading Edge Physical Therapy

Mike Speigel

Co-Founder and Partner of Revolution Catering

Being a part of this group has made me a better leader for my team and [made me] find ways to not only work in my business but has allowed me time to work on my business. Our business has seen growth in many areas since being a part of this group, but the most important thing I have seen is the growth in leaders on my team. This has allowed me to have more freedom in my role.

Brooke Hawkins

Owner/Founder, Hawkins Health Center

My group is an eclectic group, but the big surprise was that we all have the same challenges regardless of industry. Having this group of like-minded people to run ideas and problems by has been such a blessing for us. If nothing else, at least we know we are not alone, and this group intentionally starts each meeting celebrating each of our successes—something that business owners sometimes forget to do.

Jeff Kidd

Owner, BrightPipe

Joining an Advisory Group has been one of the most impactful career decisions that I’ve made. I have the absolute privilege of being partnered with other leaders who are invested in growing, are willing to speak truth with kindness and who are constantly striving forward—even when it’s uncomfortable. Our coach provides the perfect balance of questions, advice and accountability. We may come from a variety of different industries, but leaders all face similar challenges. Our group has supported each other through some tough times and we’ve celebrated incredible wins as well. I consider each one of them a valued friend.

Kristin Oberholtzer

Executive Vice President, Advantage+

Yes! In an effort to build connection and trust, we try to keep groups consistent. So the people in your group will most likely stay the same throughout your membership.

Business owners from all industries can benefit from an Advisory Group. We currently have Advisory Group members who are in construction, health care, financial services, manufacturing, retail, technology and more.

Advisory Groups meet for 75 minutes twice a month. For example, your group might meet on the first and third Wednesday of every month.

Advisory Groups are held virtually via Zoom.

Advisory Groups are led by our trained facilitators who are experts in the EntreLeadership playbook. These coaches foster an environment where the group can share advice, accountability and support while guiding conversation through the lens of EntreLeadership principles.

During a typical Advisory Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares a challenge they're dealing with in their business, and fellow Advisory Group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone sharing what they plan to work on over the next couple of weeks.

When someone joins an Advisory Group, they agree to keep information they hear on calls confidential—and members take trust very seriously.
