Government Contract Notices:
- Equal Opportunity Notice for fulfillment of any federal government contracts for more than $10,000:
- “This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.5(a)(1).”
- “This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-741.5(a). This regulation prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals on the basis of disability and requires affirmative action by covered prime contractors and subcontractors to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals with disabilities.”
- Additional Equal Opportunity Notice for fulfillment of federal government contracts for more than $100,000:
- “This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-300.5(a). This regulation prohibits discrimination against qualified protected veterans and requires affirmative action by covered prime contractors and subcontractors to employ and advance in employment qualified protected veterans.”
- Per 41 CFR 60-1.40(a)(2), subcontractors for fulfillment of federal government contracts for $50,000 or more shall have an Affirmative Action Program which complies with the requirements of (1) 41 CFR 60-2(b)(2) for non-construction contracts and (2) 41 CFR 60-4.4 for construction contracts.
- This contractor undertakes appropriate outreach and positive recruitment activities reasonably designed to effectively recruit qualified individuals with disabilities and protected veterans. This contractor requests all subcontractors assisting in the fulfillment of covered government contracts to engage in appropriate actions regarding the same.
