We don’t organize groups by industry because that often leads to mismatched experience levels. A $2 million flooring company usually has more in common with a $2 million law firm than with a $20 million flooring company. You’ll never be stuck with someone ten times your business’s size or just starting out.

Groups are led by our in-house Advisory Group coaches, who are experts in the EntreLeadership System. Our coaches guide conversations through the lens of EntreLeadership principles while creating an environment where the group can share advice, gain accountability, and offer support.

What happens during an Advisory Group call?

During a typical Advisory Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple weeks and a challenge they're dealing with in their business. Fellow Advisory Group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone sharing what they plan to work on over the next couple of weeks.
