Ramsey Solutions Closes on Property in Williamson County

Nashville, Tenn. – Ramsey Solutions has closed on the southernmost 47 acres of land in the Berry Farms development of Williamson County.  For more than 20 years, Ramsey Solutions and its CEO, personal financial expert Dave Ramsey, has been helping people with their lives and money through books, radio shows, live events, classes, coaching, and most recently, digital products.

“We’ve been blessed to help millions of people by meeting them where they are – classes at church, radio shows and podcasts, books and now through digital products like our free online budgeting tool EveryDollar,” said Ramsey.   

The City of Franklin recently approved a development plan for three 200,000-square foot office buildings and one 50,000-square foot conference center. The first phase of construction will include one 200,000-square foot building near Interstate 65. Ramsey Solutions currently occupies 150,000 square feet across five different locations in Cool Springs.

“This isn’t just a real estate deal. It’s about bringing our team back to a central location and continuing to grow the company, and the number of people we are able to help,” Ramsey said. “Williamson County is home, and I’m glad we were able to stay in the area.”

Infrastructure and site work is planned to begin in the next 12 months. Ramsey Solutions hired Gresham Smith & Partners to do the design work and is in the process of selecting a construction manager.

“We will move at the speed of cash,” Ramsey said. “Being debt free is not just something I talk about on the radio and it’s not just for personal finance. Our company has always been debt free, and building a new campus will not change that. We will cash flow the entire building process.”

Ramsey Solutions currently has more than 500 team members, with plans to add 180 more in the next year. Half of the company’s current openings are in technology fields with many other opportunities including sales, marketing and administrative support. The City of Franklin and Williamson County have agreed to tax reductions for Ramsey Solutions contingent on jobs creation. To maintain the reductions, the company will hire nearly 400 team members by 2023 and again by 2028.

Berry Farms is in south Franklin at the intersection of Lewisburg Pike and Goose Creek Bypass near Interstate 65.
