Cancellation and Refund Policy

 
These policies will apply to all refund, transfer, and substitution requests. This includes requests initiated because of any changes to an event by Ramsey Solutions. If you have questions about these policies, please contact your advisor!
 
Event Ticket Refund Requests
Up to 14 days after purchase: You can receive a 100% refund (this policy only applies during the 180-days-or-more time frame. If requested less than 180 days from the event, see the policies below for the one that will apply).
180 days or more before the event: You can receive a 50% refund.
90 days to 179 days before the event: You can receive a 30% refund.
Less than 90 days before the event: Your ticket is nonrefundable.
 
Event Ticket Transfer Requests 
More than 90 days before the event: You can transfer 100% of the purchase price of your ticket to a different event occurring in the next 12 months. You’ll pay a $300 transfer fee (plus any difference in ticket cost).
Less than 90 days before the event: You can transfer 70% of the purchase price of your ticket to a different event occurring in the next 12 months. You’ll pay a $300 transfer fee (plus any difference in ticket cost).
*Event tickets can only be transferred once.
 
Substitutions
If you’re unable to attend an event, you can gift your ticket to another person with the condition that you notify your sales advisor at least 21 days before the event is scheduled to begin. There will be no penalty or transfer fee associated with this transaction.
 
Digital and/or Coaching Requests
Month-to-month plans: Your subscription will be canceled after the expiration of the then current month. No further payments will be due, and no money will be refunded.
Prepaid subscriptions: Your subscription will not be refunded.
