Hello! I am Diane Campshure Walczyk. Wife, mother, proud Wisconsinite, and helper with all things real estate. I was born and raised in Green Bay and have chosen Green Bay as my home because of the affordability of homes, the small town feel in a thriving city, and the top notch education that our schools provide. I began my real estate journey in the late 1980's; first by purchasing a piece of land and building a modest duplex. I lived on one side of the duplex and rented out the other to help pay the mortgage. Fast forward to 2024, we still own that duplex where it all started, and we have bought and sold many other properties along the way.
