Town Hall for Hope

Way to go, America!

On April 23, 2009 over one million people in more than 6,000 host locations joined together to get real answers about the economy and turn back the tide of fear in their communities. But the Town Hall for Hope movement isn’t over yet! Now it’s up to you, America, to keep the momentum going!

It's time to speak up and take a stand! "Normal" people simply sit back and let life happen to them. Not you. Not anymore. You don’t want to be normal, do you? You want to be weird!

Don't let politics and the economy just happen around you. Get involved! Like Dave says, "Don't just say you'll pray about it. Get off the couch and get to work!" Here are three ways you can get involved right now:

Get Up and Take Action

You are the cure, America. No one else is going to solve your problems for you—that's your job! Find out how you can take control of your money, turn back the fear in your community, and hold your representatives accountable for the decisions they're making on your behalf.

Stop Listening To Loser Talk

We're sick and tired of the "loser talk" that has permeated the media, the water cooler and the internet. Stop listening to the garbage, and start speaking a word of hope!

Start Giving

Learning how to give—whether it's money, time or support—changes your whole mindset. Dave says it pretty clearly: "We can't win if we can't give." If you want to win with money and change the nation, you've got to learn how to give again.

Finally, make sure you stay connected to Dave and the thousands of others who share your feelings and values. Join Dave on Facebook and Twitter to get daily behind-the-scenes updates, announcements and hope!
