Asking for Help

I’m  bad at a lot of things. I’m terrible at singing, softball and sitting still just to name a few. But of all of the things I’m bad at, asking for help is one of the all-time worst. This is a daily problem for me.

For example, you’d think that being uncomfortable, tired and weak with a growing belly would cause me to put my pride aside and ask for help with my bags when I travel. It makes perfect sense but I still don’t do it.

I am not sure what my deal is but asking for help is something I’ve struggled with my entire life. In this quick video tip, I encourage you (and remind myself) to ask for help when you need it.
